Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 30 days from when you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

•  Item must be unused, in original condition + packaging

•  Include proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: Custom orders, gift cards, clearance/final sale items, and [add your products].

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping.

Damaged/faulty items: Per Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures. Contact us and we’ll sort it.
