PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-5business days of payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Queensland public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We ship products from multiple fulfillment facilities to provide you the best range and pricing. This means delivery times vary by product and destination.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.[X]

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us at Accorkitchen.com.au

DELAYS & ISSUES

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather events, or high seasonal demand. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues with the carrier.

If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be liable for the reshipping cost.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your item arrives damaged or your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments from different fulfillment facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
