1. AGE & ACCEPTANCE

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use this site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are processed and dispatched directly from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

•  Products may ship from multiple locations, including overseas.

•  Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be impacted by processing times, customs clearance, or courier delays.

•  Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

We have made every effort to display product colours, materials, and dimensions accurately. Due to screen differences, we cannot guarantee exact matches.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability or pricing errors. If this occurs after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery for standard orders: 7-21 business days from order confirmation. 

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the carrier accepts the goods for delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch and may not be cancelled or changed once confirmed. You are responsible for return shipping costs to our nominated returns facility. Please contact us first for return instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Custom, bulk, clearance, and sale items are final sale.

6. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we are entitled to repair or replace within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

7. PRODUCT SAFETY & USE

Kitchen utensils must be used in accordance with any included care instructions. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or use with incompatible cookware/appliances. Please check product descriptions for material details and usage guidelines.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including product photos, descriptions, logos, and graphics, is the property of accorkitchen or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

9. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our site to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, submit false information, upload malicious code, or resell our products without approval.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, arising from delays in delivery or use of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of products.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brisbane, QLD.
